Structural and envelope restoration of an outdoor recreation deck. Mission Builders self-performed permitting, scheduling, and trade coordination, and delivered as-built drawings and engineering support in-house. Trades managed: demolition, framing restoration, concrete, stucco, drywall, interior and exterior paint, gutters, and tile.

A multi-tenant commercial automotive property faced a Clark County compliance action over unpermitted improvements. Mission Builders took the property from violation to final sign-off: field-surveyed existing conditions, produced permit-ready as-built drawings in-house, corrected drywall, electrical, and plumbing deficiencies to current code, and managed the full permit cycle through Clark County Building & Fire Prevention, while tenants stayed open and operating.

Deconstructed a 30' × 25' × 15' pre-engineered steel carport at Fire Station 82, transported components, and reconstructed at a new site. PEMB relocation is uncommon among GCs and demonstrates self-performed structural work.
