Overview
Mission Builders is licensed as a Nevada B-2 General Contractor (License #0093740) with a $450,000 monetary limit per project. We self-perform select scopes and manage licensed trade partners for everything else, acting as the single point of accountability from permitting through punch list. Our core market is government and commercial work — federal set-asides, Nevada public works under NRS Chapter 338, and commercial owners in Southern Nevada.
Federal
We bid federal contracts as an SBA-Certified SDVOSB-eligible prime and team with larger primes on set-aside work. Active SAM.gov registration, full federal compliance package.

Nevada Public Works (State & Municipal)
We bid Nevada state and local public works projects as a Nevada-licensed B-2 contractor under NRS Chapter 338. Active past performance with the City of Henderson. NGEM-registered. Clark County Multi-Jurisdictional License #1002360124.

Commercial Tenant Improvements & Build-Outs
Tenant improvements, build-outs, and renovations for retail, office, restaurant, and light industrial spaces. We coordinate MEP, manage permitting through the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, City of Henderson, and North Las Vegas, and deliver on a published schedule.
Structural & Building Envelope Repair
Framing replacement, structural repairs, roofing, waterproofing, glazing, gutters, stucco, and finish restoration. Suited for owner-initiated capital repairs and life-safety remediation.
Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)
Site preparation, foundation, erection, finish-out, and — uncommon among GCs — deconstruction and relocation of existing PEMB structures. Common applications: warehouse, agricultural, light industrial, carports.
Retroactive Permitting on Unpermitted Work
Property has unpermitted work and the County or City wants it documented? We handle the full cycle: site assessment, as-built drawings, drawings stamped by an engineer where required, permit acquisition, and inspection sign-off. Particularly useful for tenant-occupied commercial properties facing a code enforcement letter.
Pre-Construction Consulting
Constructability review, schedule and budget estimating, scope definition, and risk assessment. Available as a paid one-hour consult ($99) for projects still in design.
