What we look for
Active NSCB license in good standing (where your trade requires one)
GL insurance — we require additional-insured endorsements (CG 20 10 + CG 20 37) before first assignment
Workers’ comp coverage or a signed sole-proprietor affidavit
W-9 matching your license entity name
For public works: certified payroll and prevailing wage experience
What happens next
You submit this form.
We verify your license with the NSCB and review your trade fit.
We email you a document request (W-9, COIs) if there’s a match.
Approved partners get bid invitations for matching scopes.
