Subcontractor Registration

Mission Builders builds with licensed trade partners across Southern Nevada — tenant improvements, Nevada public works, and residential shade structures. Register below to be considered for our vendor list. Takes about five minutes.

What we look for

  • Active NSCB license in good standing (where your trade requires one)
  • GL insurance — we require additional-insured endorsements (CG 20 10 + CG 20 37) before first assignment
  • Workers’ comp coverage or a signed sole-proprietor affidavit
  • W-9 matching your license entity name
  • For public works: certified payroll and prevailing wage experience

What happens next

  1. You submit this form.
  2. We verify your license with the NSCB and review your trade fit.
  3. We email you a document request (W-9, COIs) if there’s a match.
  4. Approved partners get bid invitations for matching scopes.
