What actually drives the price.

Frequently asked questions.

How much does a louvered pergola cost per square foot in Las Vegas?

Typically $55–$125 per square foot installed for motorized systems, depending on brand tier, size, and options. Premium systems run $150+ per square foot.

How much does a solid patio cover cost?

Pre-engineered insulated aluminum covers start around $7,500 installed for a typical 10' × 14' attached cover, permit and footings included.

Does the price include the permit?

Ours does — permit, HOA submittal, and engineering documentation are in every published package. When comparing quotes, ask specifically; excluding the permit is a common way to make a number look lower.

Is financing available?

Ask during your assessment — financing options depend on the manufacturer program current at the time of your project.

How long does the whole process take?

Assessment to finished structure typically runs four to six weeks including permitting. The on-site install itself is one to two days after footings cure.
