How it works.

Assessment — a free 20-minute visit. We look at sun exposure, sizing, and utilities, and give you a firm quote.
Design and permit — we handle drawings, HOA submittal, and the building permit. Our systems carry ICC-ES evaluation reports accepted by Clark County, Las Vegas, and Henderson.
Install — footings poured by a licensed concrete subcontractor, electrical by a licensed electrician, structure erected by our in-house crew. Most installs take one to two days on site.

Do I need a permit for a pergola or patio cover?

Yes. Clark County, Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas require permits for attached and freestanding shade structures. We handle the permit and any HOA submittal on every project.

How long does it take?

After footings cure, most installations take one to two days on site. The full process from assessment to finished structure typically runs four to six weeks including permitting.

Are the structures rated for Las Vegas wind?

Yes. We install pre-engineered systems with ICC-ES evaluation reports designed for the valley’s ultimate design wind speed.
