MBI Shade Systems · Residential Program
Motorized louvered pergolas and patio covers — designed, permitted, and installed by a licensed Nevada general contractor. Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas.
An unshaded patio in the Las Vegas Valley is unusable for a large part of the year. Surfaces in direct summer sun run far hotter than shaded ones, and a west-facing yard takes the worst of it. A properly engineered shade structure turns that space back into part of your home.
Every price includes design, permit, engineering documentation, concrete footings by a licensed subcontractor, and installation by our own crew. Wondering how these compare to the market? Read our Las Vegas pergola cost guide.
